This has to be a bug or something because if not, that would be disappointing nonetheless. We've seen reports from many Xbox users on social media questioning why games such as Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Batman Arkham Knight are all incorrectly displaying this message: This can't be right, is it? It says that Batman Arkham Knight Premium Edition and the Season Pass is 'Not playable on this device' (Series X). If you've been browsing the Xbox Store over the past 24 hours and come across a message suggesting a game is ' not playable on this device' and you can't understand why, you're not alone! Fortunately, it's just a visual bug.
